HARARE- First Lady Grace Mugabe has sneaked back into the country from Singapore where she had gone to support her daughter, Bona.
Bona has given birth to President Mugabe’s first grandchild. Bona did not want to give birth in Zimbabwe as she shunned all the hospitals in Zimbabwe after they were run down by her father.
Grace has not been seen for a while, apart from when she was photographed by Wicknell Chivayo in Dubai. But today Grace is expected to make her first public appearance at the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair.
ZITF opens to the public today as President Robert Mugabe and his Togolese counterpart, Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé arrive in Bulawayo. Grace is also expected to accompany the President while Vice Presidents,
Phelekezela Mphoko and Emmerson Mnangagwa, diplomats, Cabinet ministers and top government officials are already in the city awaiting the arrival of the top leadership.
President Gnassingbe, who arrived in Harare yesterday, will officially open the 57th edition of the ZITF this afternoon.
